Amazing tenderloin and mushrooms. In my opinion, the best steaks in Wuerzburg! Excellent wines, both regional and international. Good assortment of other beverages, gravy, and side dishes. Very kind and efficient service.
Best steakhouse we experienced while spending several months in Germany. It is a little away from the main shopping dining area. But don't let the location disuad you from experiencing this gem. Reservations are recommended but you may get lucky on slower nights walking in. The staff speaks some English and there are English menus available.

We have been going to the Steakhaus every single Christmas. It became kind of a tradition in our family. The quality of the food is amazing.
The only downside is the bad service. Considering the prices, you should never feel rushed to get out of the restaurant. Long wait times on beverages (20+ minutes) and food (60+ minutes) does not make it easy when the next guests are already waiting for your table. The reservation schedule for the table should not be that tight, considering that the service is so slow.
Unfortunately, during our last dinner, the waitress poured the entire tray of red wine for the table next to us over me. Luckily, she gave me some tissues. Who needs an apology, offer to pay for the cleaning, or maybe even a dessert on the house as a regular customer.
Most tender and delicious filet I had in a long time. Wow! Huge recommendation for every fan of a good bit of meat. Nice side dishes, cozy atmosphere.

Been to many many steakhouses around the world and to this day have not had a better steak or accompaniments than at the Bachgasse Steakhaus!
Tiny little restaurant that is the definition of a hidden gem and as soon as I started reviewing restaurants it came to mind as my favourite of all time! Simply amazing steaks prepared in house by the butcher master himself, and their salads are incredible as well.
This restaurant alone is a reason to come visit the city of Wuerzburg and that is not an exaggeration! Great city all round and an absolutely amazing steak to come try out - will be booking a flight to Germany again in the near future and you can count on me making a trip here as part of that!!
Nice steak house, worth the money and good food. The only low part maybe the atmosphere on the restaurant. But all and all, the people is nice and the food is awesome. So I'm not complaining
Excellent Steakhouse. Been here the second time within one week. Everything is good. Steak, green Beans and fresh champions. Try the garlic bread.
